One Tree Hill, The Same Deep Water As You
Lucas attempts to save Nathan, Cooper and Rachel as he and Karen find themselves at the scene of the bridge accident. He dives in as Karen frantically asks Haley whether she's called 911. Despite diving deeply Lucas fails to find anyone in the water. He spots Cooper lying face down on one bank and Karen rushes to check on him. Moments later he spots Nathan and Rachel on the other bank, neither are moving.
Brooke tells Lucas that she doesn't love him anymore and ends their relationship. Lucas attempts to smooth things over but the admission from Brooke shakes him.
Dan is haunted by his conscience and continues to see the spectral figure of Keith as a little boy which taunts him about his misdeeds. This spills over as Dan begins to see "murderer" painted in red paint as he moves around town and sees him hearing people slipping murderer into conversations with him.
A surreal alliance is formed between Brooke and Rachel as the pair discuss the events on the bridge. Rachel admits that she feels guilty over the accident and how she lied to Cooper about being pregnant. Rachel offers Brooke a place to live as Brooke exclaims about the space Rachel has in her house.
