One Tree Hill, Things I Forgot At Birth
The police begin to look into the bridge accident as those involved start to recover. Rachel seems to be the focus of the investigation. She is cleared from suspicion by Cooper who says he is to blame for the crash.
Nathan worries that he is regarded as a hero whilst he feels that he wasn't involved in rescuing Rachel and Cooper. He confides in Lucas, telling him that he saw Keith, the true hero in Nathan's eyes, whilst blacking out.
Cooper leaves One Tree Hill after regaining consciousness. Rachel finds comfort in Nathan as she realises what has happened.
With the help of Peyton Lucas attempts to win back Brooke. As it is Brooke's birthday Peyton tells Lucas about how she and Brooke meet every year at the local shopping centre and Brooke chooses one item which she wants, and Peyton steals it for her. As Lucas declares his love for Brooke, Peyton tells him to take her place in an attempt to mend bridges.
